* IMPACTS...Poor travel conditions due to slick roads and limited
  visibility. Cold and wet weather may be hazardous to young
  livestock. Any wet roadways will freeze up quickly after sunset
  tonight.

* TIMING...Through tomorrow morning.

* ADDITIONAL SNOW ACCUMULATION...around 2 inches, locally heavier
  near the mountains.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory can be issued for a variety of winter
weather conditions such as light snow...blowing snow...sleet...
freezing rain...and extreme wind chills.
