HEAVY WEIGHT OF WET SNOW ON THE TREES...

.LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE UP THE COAST THIS EVENING...ENTERING THE
GULF OF MAINE DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. SNOW WILL CONTINUE...
HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH MUCH OF THE NIGHT. AT TIMES...SNOWFALL
RATES COULD REACH 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR. THERE MAY ALSO BE A
PERIOD OF SLEET OVER SOUTHERN AREAS ACCOMPANIED BY THUNDER.

BECAUSE OF THE EXPECTED INTENSITY AND ACCUMULATION OF SNOW...
DRIVING WILL CONTINUE TO BE TREACHEROUS ON ONE OF THE BUSIEST

* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS...
  BEFORE TAPERING OFF EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...WIDESPREAD POWER OUTAGES ARE LIKELY. SNOW WILL CAUSE
  TREACHEROUS ROAD CONDITIONS ON A VERY BUSY TRAVEL DAY. SNOWFALL
  RATES MAY REACH 1 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR AT TIMES.
  ADDITIONALLY...THE HEAVY WET SNOW AND GUSTY WINDS WILL LIKELY
  CAUSE POWER OUTAGES.

* WINDS...NORTH 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.
