* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 3 TO 5 INCHES.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW HAS BEGUN ACROSS THE AREA AND IS STARTING TO
  ACCUMULATE ON ROAD SURFACES. A PERIOD OF HEAVIER SNOW WILL
  OCCUR LATER THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE EARLY EVENING AND THEN SNOW
  WILL TAPER OFF AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES ARE EXPECTED DUE TO REDUCED
  VISIBILITIES AND SNOW ACCUMULATIONS.
