* WINDS: SUSTAINED 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.

* TIMING: LATE THIS EVENING PERSISTING THROUGH CHRISTMAS
  AFTERNOON. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL FALL TONIGHT THROUGH
  CHRISTMAS MORNING.

* IMPACTS: HEAVY SNOW AND VERY STRONG WINDS WILL CREATE

  THE FRONT...WINDS MAY GUST OVER 55 MPH WITH LOCALLY HIGHER GUSTS
