EASTERN STEVENS AND SOUTHERN HASKELL COUNTIES THROUGH 1045 PM CDT...

At 958 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles southwest of Woods, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Liberal around 1010 PM CDT.
