...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Missouri...Iowa...

  Des Moines River at St Francisville affecting Clark and Lee
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Stay tuned to further developments by listening to your local radio,
television, or NOAA Weather Radio for further information.

The next statement will be issued by Saturday afternoon at 300 PM
CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Des Moines River at St Francisville.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, The St. Francisville boat ramp is under
  water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 15.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
    morning to 19.9 feet this evening. It will then fall below
    flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to 14.6 feet Sunday
    evening. It will rise to 14.9 feet Monday evening. It will
    then fall again and remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
