NORTHWESTERN MISSOURI AND NORTHEASTERN KANSAS AS WINDS GUST TO
BETWEEN 25 AND 30 MPH. HUMIDITY VALUES WILL BE ABOVE CRITICAL LEVELS
HOWEVER. WINDS WILL BE STRONGER ON SUNDAY WITH HIGHER LEVELS OF
