FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR NE KANSAS/NW MISSOURI
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE KANSAS CITY/PLEASANT HILL MO
329 PM CST WED MAR 4 2015

.DISCUSSION...

DRY CONDITIONS EXPECTED FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS...AS NO
PRECIPITATION IS ANTICIPATED FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE. WINDS WILL
REMAIN RATHER LIGHT FOR THURSDAY WITH THE DRY AIR MASS, SO RH
READINGS WILL DROP TO THE UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S PERCENT RANGE. FOR
FRIDAY SLIGHT HIGHER FIRE WEATHER CONCERN WILL EXIST AS THE SOUTHERLY
WINDS PICK UP TO AROUND 10 TO 20 MPH, WITH GUSTS APPROACHING 25 MPH.
RH VALUES SHOULD REMAIN IN THE 30 TO 40 PERCENT RANGE, BUT IF THEY
DROP MUCH LOWER THAN THAT AND WITH THE ANTICIPATED WINDS FIRE WEATHER
CONCERNS COULD GROW TOWARD THE END OF THE WEEK.
