BORDER THIS MORNING...WITH SCATTERED STORMS POSSIBLE THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON HOURS. MORE WIDESPREAD TORRENTIAL RAIN IS EXPECTED FOR
FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT. CONDITIONS WILL SLOWLY START TO DRY OUT
SATURDAY AND INTO THE BEGINNING OF NEXT WORK WEEK...BUT MORE STORMS
