Fire Weather Planning Forecast For NE Kansas/NW Missouri
National Weather Service Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO
326 AM CST Thu Nov 16 2017

.DISCUSSION...

Light northerly winds Thursday morning will shift to the
southeast by the afternoon. Increasing surface winds are expected
beginning Friday morning through the afternoon, with gusts as high
as 25 to 30 mph for areas south of I-70. More widespread gusty
winds are then expected Saturday. During this time, relative
humidity will remain above critical values, thus keeping fire
weather danger low over the next few days.
