Fire Weather Planning Forecast For NE Kansas/NW Missouri
National Weather Service Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO
355 PM CST Sun Jan 21 2018

.DISCUSSION...

Occasionally gusty winds expected for the rest of the afternoon,
gradually winding down to around 5 to 10 mph overnight. Winds
shift to the west/southwest for Monday and could gust to around 30
to 35 mph, which may cause some concern for fire spread. Light
precipitation in the form of rain and perhaps some light wintry
precipitation expected Monday which would mitigate the potential
for ignition.
