FIRE THREAT WILL BE HIGH THIS AFTERNOON WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 35
MPH AND HUMIDITY VALUES BETWEEN 25 AND 35 PERCENT. HIGHEST FIRE
DANGER WILL BE NEAR AND JUST NORTH OF THE MISSOURI RIVER. WINDS
WILL REMAIN SOMEWHAT GUSTY BOTH WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY BUT
HUMIDITY VALUES SHOULD BE A BIT HIGHER.
