Fire Weather Planning Forecast For NE Kansas/NW Missouri
National Weather Service Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO
1235 PM CST Sat Nov 18 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Dry weather will return to the area late today and overnight
as high pressure builds into the area. Fire weather concerns
should remain low through Sunday, however 20 foot wind and
minimum RH combinations may approach critical values Monday
afternoon as gusty southwest winds return to the area. Latest
fuel moisture indicators suggest surface fuels may be moist
enough to limit widespread fire danger however. Dry weather
will then continue through the remainder of the work week with
non-critical fire concerns expected as high pressure becomes
firmly established over the area.
