FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR NE KANSAS/NW MISSOURI
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE KANSAS CITY/PLEASANT HILL MO
401 PM CDT THU SEP 3 2015

.DISCUSSION...

WARM AND DRIER CONDITIONS HAVE FORMED ACROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON
AS DECENT MIXING HAS ALLOWED FOR RH VALUES TO DROP INTO THE 40 TO 50
PERCENT RANGE. THIS PATTERN WILL LIKELY CONTINUE THROUGH THE REST OF
THE WEEK, WITH GUSTY WINDS PICKING UP OUT OF THE SOUTH THEN DROPPING
OFF OVERNIGHT. CHANCES FOR RAIN WILL BE RATHER MINIMAL THROUGH THIS
PERIOD. MINIMUM RH VALUES SHOULD HOVER ABOVE 40 PERCENT, BUT WITH
WARM TEMPERATURES EXPECTED AND WITH PERHAPS BETTER THAN EXPECTED
MIXING RH VALUES COULD APPROACH OR POSSIBLY DIP BELOW 40 PERCENT WITH
THE AFOREMENTIONED GUSTY SOUTH WINDS.
