FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR NE KANSAS/NW MISSOURI
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE KANSAS CITY/PLEASANT HILL MO
222 PM CDT MON SEP 29 2014

.DISCUSSION...

SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TOMORROW AFTERNOON WITH SPEEDS
REACHING 10 TO 15 MPH...GUSTING 20 TO 25 MPH. HOWEVER...MOISTURE WILL
BE INCREASING AHEAD OF A COLD FRONT THAT WILL BE APPROACHING THE
REGION. THIS WILL HELP TO MINIMIZE THE FIRE DANGER RISK ACROSS THE AREA.
THUNDERSTORM CHANCES INCREASE TUESDAY NIGHT AND SEVERAL ROUNDS CAN BE
EXPECTED THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT.
