WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI...AS WELL AS EXTREME EASTERN KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

 HEAT INDEX VALUES THIS AFTERNOON WILL RANGE BETWEEN 100-107 DEGREES
 ACROSS EASTERN KANSAS AND WESTERN MISSOURI.

 AFTER MIDNIGHT NIGHT THUNDERSTORMS MAY AFFECT NORTH CENTRAL AND
 NORTHEASTERN MISSOURI. THUNDERSTORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE SEVERE
 ALTHOUGH THERE MAY BE SOME STRONGER STORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
 STRONG WINDS AND SMALL HAIL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY


 HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL RANGE BETWEEN 100 TO 105 DEGREES ALONG AND
 SOUTH OF THE MISSOURI RIVER SATURDAY AFTERNOON.

 THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE ENTIRE
 REGION LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND NIGHT...SOME OF WHICH MAY BECOME
 SEVERE...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL.
