WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI...AS WELL AS EXTREME EASTERN KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

MORNING THUNDERSTORMS OVER FAR WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI WILL WEAKEN AND
MOVE OUT OF THE AREA BY MID-MORNING. SEVERE WEATHER IS UNLIKELY WITH
THIS ACTIVITY.

ANOTHER ROUND OF THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. THE BEST CHANCE FOR WIDESPREAD STORMS WILL BE ALONG AND
SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 70...WHERE STRONG TO SEVERE WEATHER AND LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE.
