 SOUTHWEST WINDS BETWEEN 20 AND 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH WILL
COMBINE WITH RH VALUES BETWEEN 20 AND 30 PERCENT TO BRING DANGEROUS
FIRE WEATHER...MAINLY TO WESTERN AND NORTHERN MISSOURI AND EASTERN
KANSAS. OUTDOOR BURNING IS STRONGLY DISCOURAGED.
