 SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE TODAY. THERE IS A CHANCE
 FOR AN ISOLATED SEVERE STORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS
 ACROSS EASTERN KANSAS AND WESTERN MISSOURI.

 RAIN FROM THESE STORMS MAY EXACERBATE AND PROLONG ONGOING RIVER
 FLOODING.
