WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI...AS WELL AS EXTREME EASTERN KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

 STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

 VERY WINDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED MONDAY...AND WILL COMBINE WITH
 PERIODS OF SNOW SHOWERS TO CREATE BRIEF BUT INTENSE SNOW SQUALLS
 ESPECIALLY DURING THE MORNING HOURS. VISIBILITY COULD BE GREATLY
 REDUCED...AND THE COMBINATION OF NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY AND LIGHT
 SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ON ROADWAYS WILL RESULT IN HAZARDOUS DRIVING
 CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY DURING THE MONDAY MORNING COMMUTE.
