 SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT ACROSS THE
 AREA...WITH THE HIGHEST PROBABILITIES OVER EASTERN KANSAS AND
 WESTERN MISSOURI. A FEW OF THESE STORMS COULD BECOME STRONG...WITH
 SMALL HAIL POSSIBLE.
