THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHWEST...NORTH CENTRAL AND
WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI...AS WELL AS EXTREME EASTERN KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

 FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS EXIST THIS AFTERNOON AS SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL
 BE AROUND 10 TO 15 MPH WITH AN OCCASIONAL GUST TO 20 MPH ACROSS EAST
 CENTRAL KANSAS AND WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI. COUPLING THE WINDS WITH RH
 VALUES LOWERING TO AROUND 25 TO 35 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON AND AN
 ELEVATED FIRE DANGER WILL EXIST. OUTDOOR BURNING IS HIGHLY
 DISCOURAGED.
