WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI...AS WELL AS EXTREME EASTERN KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

 SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS
 NORTHERN MISSOURI...AN ISOLATED SEVERE STORM MAY BE POSSIBLE WITH
 DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL THE MAIN THREATS.

 ADDITIONAL SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE
 ENTIRE OUTLOOK AREA...SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT ANTICIPATED WITH THOSE
 STORMS.

 RAIN FROM THESE STORMS MAY EXACERBATE AND PROLONG ONGOING RIVER
 FLOODING.
