.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

 THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS TONIGHT. NO SEVERE
 STORMS ARE EXPECTED. THE THREAT FOR HEAVY RAIN INCREASES OVERNIGHT
 WHICH WILL LIKELY LEAD TO RENEWED FLOODING ON AREA STREAMS AND
 RIVERS.
