 THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING SOUTH OF A
 PAOLA TO MOBERLY LINE. THUNDERSTORMS MAY BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
 SMALL HAIL BUT THE OVERALL SEVERE THREAT REMAINS LOW.
