THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHWEST...NORTH CENTRAL AND
WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI...AS WELL AS EXTREME EASTERN KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

 NON-SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT MOST AREAS THIS MORNING. SMALL
 HAIL AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS ARE POSSIBLE. A SECOND ROUND OF
 THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO FORM OVER WEST CENTRAL AND CENTRAL
 MISSOURI MID TO LATE AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY EVENING.
 A FEW OF THESE STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE WITH LARGE HAIL AND
 DAMAGING WINDS POSSIBLE WITH A SMALL THREAT OF ISOLATED TORNADOES.
