WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI...AS WELL AS EXTREME EASTERN KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

 ANY ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL MAY LEAD TO AREAS OF FLASH FLOODING
 TODAY ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST MISSOURI.

 THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL PERSIST THROUGH TONIGHT WITH THE POTENTIAL
 FOR HEAVY RAINFALL. WHILE NO WIDESPREAD SEVERE IS EXPECTED...A FEW
 STRONG STORMS ARE POSSIBLE SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING SOUTH OF A
 KIRKSVILLE TO KANSAS CITY LINE WITH STRONG WIND AS THE PRIMARY THREAT.
