 STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL PREVAIL OVER THE REGION TODAY BEHIND A
 DEPARTING STORM SYSTEM. GUSTS MAY REACH 40 MPH BEFORE WINDS BEGIN
 TO WEAKEN BY LATE AFTERNOON.
