* LOCATION: PARTS OF FAR NORTHWEST MISSOURI AND EXTREME NORTHEAST
  KANSAS.

* TIMING: TEMPERATURES WILL FALL BELOW FREEZING DURING THE PRE-DAWN
  HOURS OF MONDAY MORNING AND THEN CLIMB ABOVE FREEZING BY MID
  MORNING.

* IMPACTS: UNPROTECTED VEGETATION COULD BE DAMAGED OR KILLED.
