AND GUSTY WINDS TO THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON. NORTHWEST WINDS WILL
REACH SUSTAINED SPEEDS BETWEEN 25 AND 35 MPH...WITH A FEW GUSTS EXCEEDING
45 MPH OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL MISSOURI AND
EXTREME NORTHEAST KANSAS. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO SUBSIDE AROUND SUNSET.
