* LOCATION: FAR EASTERN KANSAS AND MISSOURI.

* TIMING: TEMPERATURES WILL FALL BELOW FREEZING EARLY TUESDAY
  MORNING. THE COLDEST TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM 25 TO 29 DEGREES.

* IMPACTS: UNPROTECTED VEGETATION COULD BE DAMAGED OR KILLED.
  TEMPERATURES AT OR BELOW 28 DEGREES WILL DAMAGE WARM SEASON
  VEGETABLE TRANSPLANTS. AT 24 DEGREES...MOST FRUIT TREE BLOSSOMS AT
  FULL BLOOM WILL HAVE 90% DAMAGE.
