.A STALLED FRONT IN THE VICINITY OF THE IOWA BORDER HAS ALLOWED
DENSE FOG TO DEVELOP IN AREAS OF NORTH CENTRAL TO NORTHEAST MISSOURI
ALONG THE IOWA BORDER. THIS HAS REDUCED VISIBILITIES TO UNDER A
QUARTER OF A MILE. FOG SHOULD LIFT NORTH INTO IOWA LATE TONIGHT AS
THE FRONT IT HAS DEVELOPED ALONG LIFTS NORTH.
