* WINDS...SUSTAINED WINDS OF 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 40 TO 45
  MPH ARE LIKELY.

* IMPACTS...WINDS OF THIS MAGNITUDE WILL MAKE DRIVING
  DIFFICULT... ESPECIALLY ON WEST TO EAST ORIENTED ROADS LIKE
  INTERSTATE 70...HIGHWAY 50 OR HIGHWAY 36. MOTORISTS OF HIGH
  PROFILE AND LIGHT VEHICLES WILL ENCOUNTER GREATER DIFFICULTY
  IN DRIVING. LOOSE OBJECTS SUCH AS GARBAGE CANS WILL BE TOSSED
  AROUND.
