  WITH VALUES INCREASING INTO THE UPPER 90S BY WEDNESDAY.
  TEMPERATURES MAY REACH THE CENTURY MARK ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE
  AREA ON THURSDAY AND POTENTIALLY FRIDAY.

* HEAT INDICES...RANGING BETWEEN 105 TO 110 DEGREES EACH
  AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF VERY WARM TEMPERATURES AND HIGH
  HUMIDITY WILL LEAD TO OPPRESSIVE CONDITIONS WHICH COULD
  QUICKLY LEAD TO HEAT RELATED ILLNESSES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTIONS...IF YOU WORK OR SPEND TIME OUTSIDE. WHEN
POSSIBLE...RESCHEDULE STRENUOUS ACTIVITIES TO EARLY MORNING OR
EVENING. KNOW THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF HEAT EXHAUSTION AND HEAT
STROKE. WEAR LIGHT WEIGHT AND LOOSE FITTING CLOTHING WHEN
POSSIBLE...DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS...STAY IN AN AIR-CONDITIONED
ROOM...STAY OUT OF THE SUN...AND CHECK UP ON RELATIVES AND
NEIGHBORS.

  TO REDUCE RISK DURING OUTDOOR WORK...THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY
AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDS SCHEDULING FREQUENT REST
