URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE KANSAS CITY/PLEASANT HILL MO
902 PM CDT SAT JUL 25 2015

...OPPRESSIVE HEAT AND HUMIDITY SUNDAY...

.A COMPLEX HEAT SITUATION WILL SET UP OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS
ACROSS EASTERN KANSAS AND NORTHERN MISSOURI. OVERNIGHT CONVECTION
MIGHT LEAVE STORMS STILL KICKING AROUND PARTS OF NORTHERN MISSOURI
SUNDAY MORNING...BUT EXPECTATION ARE THAT STORMS WILL DISSIPATE
QUICKLY ENOUGH IN THE DAY TO ALLOW FOR STRONG WARMING IN THE
AFTERNOON WHICH COULD ALLOW HEAT INDICES TO PEAK AROUND 105 DEGREES
QUICKLY. LOOKING FORWARD TO MONDAY AND TUESDAY...THERE IS A STRONG
POSSIBILITY THAT MORE HEAT PRODUCTS WILL NEED TO BE ISSUED AS THE
HEAT AND HUMIDITY REMAIN IN PLACE FOR ANOTHER COUPLE OF DAYS.
