THE HEAT ADVISORY IS NOW IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 7 PM CDT TUESDAY.

* TEMPERATURE: AFTERNOON HIGHS WILL CLIMB INTO THE MID TO UPPER 90S
  TUESDAY...WHICH WILL LEAD TO MAXIMUM HEAT INDICES VALUES RANGING
  BETWEEN 103 TO 107 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST VALUES WILL OCCUR BETWEEN 3
  PM AND 7 PM TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* IMPACTS: THE EFFECTS OF THESE HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS WILL
  LEAD TO AN INCREASED RISK OF HEAT-RELATED ILLNESS. DRINK
  PLENTY OF WATER...STAY IN AN AIR-CONDITIONED ROOM...STAY OUT
  OF THE SUN... AND CHECK UP ON NEIGHBORS...THE ELDERLY...AND
  PETS.
