CHARACTERIZED KANSAS CITY WEATHER IN APRIL...

The average temperature at the Kansas City International Airport was
49.8 degrees, which was 5.0 degrees below normal. The average high
temperature was 59.7 degrees, or 6.0 degrees below normal. The
average low temperature was 40.0 degrees which was 4.0 degrees below
normal. The highest temperature for the month was 82 degrees on the
29th and 30th. The lowest temperature was 27 degrees on the 2nd.

Precipitation came in at 3.63 inches for the month, or 0.07 inches
below normal. The greatest total in a 24 hour period was 1.29 inches
on the 9th through the 10th. Snowfall for the month was a trace, or
0.6 inches below normal.
