CHARACTERIZED KANSAS CITY WEATHER IN OCTOBER...

The average temperature at the Kansas City International Airport was
57.7 degrees, which was 1.3 degrees above normal. The average high
temperature was 68.3 degrees, or 1.4 degrees above normal. The
average low temperature was 47.1 degrees which was 1.2 degrees above
normal. The highest temperature for the month was 84 degrees on the
2nd. The lowest temperature was 25 degrees on the 31th. This October
was tied for the 65th warmest (and coldest) October on 130-year
record.

Precipitation came in at 4.87 inches for the month, or 1.71 inches
