...NWS DAMAGE SURVEY FOR 06/30/2014 TORNADO EVENT...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CONDUCTED A STORM SURVEY TO DETERMINE THE DAMAGE
FROM A THUNDERSTORM WHICH MOVED THROUGH CLAY COUNTY THE EVENING OF 6/30/2014.
RESULTS OF THE SURVEY SHOWED TREE AND MINOR STRUCTURAL DAMAGE INSIDE LIBERTY
WAS CAUSED BY STRAIGHT-LINE WINDS AROUND 70 MPH. SIGNIFICANT TREE DAMAGE
WHICH OCCURRED SOUTHEAST OF LIBERTY AT RAINES RD AND 210 HIGHWAY WAS CAUSED
BY A BRIEF TORNADO. DETAILS OF THIS TORNADO FOLLOW.
