* TIMING...SNOW WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT AND TAPER OFF BY NOON
  THURSDAY. LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE IS POSSIBLE LATE THURSDAY
  MORNING AND EARLY THURSDAY AFTERNOON.

* SNOW/ICE ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW...WITH LOCALLY
  HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. LITTLE TO NO ICE ACCUMULATION.

* IMPACTS...LIGHT SNOW WILL LIKELY ACCUMULATE ON ROADWAYS
