...HIGH WIND WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH MONDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...North winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph
  possible.

* WHERE...In Colorado, Yuma, Kit Carson and Cheyenne Counties.
  In Kansas, Sherman, Wallace, Greeley and Wichita Counties.

* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property
  and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult especially
  for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will be falling during the time of the
  very strong northerly winds. This combination of snow and wind
  will produce blowing snow and significant reductions in
  visibility. Travel is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the latest forecasts and warnings for updates on this
situation. Fasten loose objects or shelter objects in a safe
location prior to the onset of winds.
