At 947 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles east of Erwin, or 4 miles east of Banner Hill, moving east at
45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
