TWICE THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT.

A WEAK SURFACE TROUGH IN THE NORTHERN OFFSHORE WATERS WILL CONTINUE
TO WEAKEN AS IT MOVES WEST OVER THE NEXT DAY. A RIDGE NORTH OF THE
AREA WILL KEEP MODERATE TO FRESH EAST WINDS OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS
INTO SATURDAY. A NEW STRONGER HIGH WILL MOVE NORTH OF THE OFFSHORE
WATERS SUNDAY...STRENGTHENING THE EAST WINDS.
