Hawaiian offshore waters beyond 40 nautical miles out to 240
nautical miles including the portion of the Papahanaumokuakea
Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height
of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than
twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...
A cold front associated with low pressure northwest of the waters
will gradually shift eastward over the central waters today, then
stall and weaken to a trough through the second half of the week
and upcoming weekend.

waters. W of front, W winds 10 to 20 kt. E of trough, SE to S
winds 15 to 25 kt. Seas 6 to 10 ft. Slight chance of
thunderstorms.
.FRIDAY...W of 159W, NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. E of 156W, SE to
S winds 10 to 20 kt. Elsewhere, winds variable 15 kt or less. Seas
6 to 9 ft.
.SATURDAY AND SUNDAY...NW half, N to NE winds 10 to 15 kt. SE
half, SE winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 8 ft.
