Scattered showers were prevalent across the Rocky Mountains and portions
of the southern parts of the Missouri River Basin during the past 24
hours.  This shower activity was quite minor with most precipitation
reports less than 0.25 inches.

Moderate to heavy snow is expected across the Rocky Mountain region
over the next 24 hours with liquid water equivalents over one inch
in Wyoming and Colorado. Also, scatter rain/snow showers are forecast
for every state in the plains regions in the basin with precipitation
amounts less than 0.3 inches.

No flooding is occurring in the Missouri River Basin and none is expected
through the weekend.
