* WHERE...Chesapeake Bay from Sandy Point to North Beach MD, and
  Eastern Bay.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM EDT Saturday.
  For the Gale Watch, from Saturday evening through Sunday
  morning.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds can cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels.
