...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
MONDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow with blizzard conditions possible.
  Total snow accumulations of two inches. Visibility one quarter
  mile or less at times possible. Winds gusting to 50 mph.

* WHERE...Western Arctic Coast.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult travel conditions. Snow and blowing
  snow could reduce visibility to near zero at times. Large snow
  drifts could form.
