...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in West
Virginia...Ohio...

  Ohio River At Point Pleasant affecting Gallia and Mason Counties.

For the Ohio River...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE TOMORROW MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ohio River at Point Pleasant.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 43.0 feet, Ohio Route 7 at Kyger Creek and Addison is
  flooded.
  At 43.5 feet, Route 33 at West Creek and Brinker Run between
  Vanadium and Letart is flooded. Sand Hill Road near Letart is
  flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 43.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 4:00 AM EDT Monday was 43.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tonight and continue falling to 27.9 feet Friday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    43.7 feet on 03/10/1908.
