...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN MARION...EASTERN
HARRISON AND NORTH CENTRAL PANOLA COUNTIES THROUGH 930 AM CDT...

At 901 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Marshall to 8 miles
southeast of Hallsville to 6 miles northeast of Beckville. Movement
was northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Marshall, Waskom, Karnack, Elysian Fields, Woodlawn, Scottsville,
Uncertain, Jonesville, Nesbitt, Darco, and Leigh.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

If on or near Caddo Lake, get out of the water and move indoors or
inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 10 miles
from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close
enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now! Do not
be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
