IS BEING MODIFIED AT THE REQUEST OF MATT DELAND (NASA, SBUV EXPERT) AND
LARRY FLYNN (NOAA, SBUV EXPERT).

17 SEP 2014 (14/260) AT 16:47 UTC, A SEQUENCE OF ACTIVITIES WILL
EXECUTE
TO PERFORM DISCRETE SOLAR MEASUREMENT AT MG II WAVELENGTHS.DURING THIS
ACTIVITY, THE SBUV WILL READ MEMORY FROM FLEX 1 SEGMENT 1.THE DIFFUSER
WILL BE PLACED INTO SUN POSITION FOR 128 SECONDS AND THEN PLACED BACK
INTO STOW POSITION.THE ACTIVITY COMPLETES BY SETTING FLEX 1 SEGMENT 0
MEMORY AS THE ACTIVE MEMORY TO USE IN DISCRETE MODE.

THIS NEW SBUV SEQUENCE WILL EXECUTE EVERY DAY ON THE 9^TH ORBIT; 1
MINUTE AFTER THE NORTHERN TERMINATOR CROSSING.

THE WEEKLY THURSDAY SEQUENCE USING SWEEP MODE (19SBVSSE) HAS BEEN
REMOVED FROM THE SBUV ROUTINE OPERATIONS.
