High pressure will gradually slide east of the region tonight into
early Wednesday, continuing to provide seasonably warm and dry
conditions for the area. By late Wednesday evening, a cold front
will approach the area, allowing for showers and thunderstorms to
move through the region Wednesday night. A few showers may linger
across eastern and southeastern parts of the area Thursday before
much cooler and drier air moves in for the end of the workweek.
High pressure will build into the region Friday into Saturday
before another front moves through Sunday.
