.A LARGE LONG PERIOD WEST SWELL WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE AREA
THROUGH TUESDAY RESULTING IN AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF HIGH SURF AND
DANGEROUS OCEAN CONDITIONS NEAR THE SURF ZONE. SWELL WILL SLOWLY
SUBSIDE TODAY...THEN WILL BUILD SLIGHTLY AGAIN MONDAY INTO
TUESDAY...BEFORE QUICKLY SUBSIDING TUESDAY NIGHT.

HIGH SURF ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM PST TUESDAY.
THE HIGH SURF WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED. THE COASTAL FLOOD
ADVISORY HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

* SURF...SURF OF 12 TO 18 FEET THROUGH TODAY. SURF WILL DIMMINISH
  SOME LATER TODAY AND SHOULD STAY ABOVE ADVISORY LEVELS THROUGH
  AT LEAST TUESDAY.

* IMPACTS...THERE IS AN INCREASED RISK FOR OCEAN DROWNING. RIP
  CURRENTS CAN PULL SWIMMER AND SURFERS OUT TO SEA. BREAKING WAVES
  CAN CAUSE INJURY...WASH PEOPLE OFF BEACHES OR ROCKS AND CAPSIZE
  SMALL BOATS NEARSHORE.
