...REMARKS...HIGH PRESSURE WAS IN PLACE OVER THE AREA FOR MUCH OF
JANUARY. THIS KEPT MOST OF THE RAIN TO THE NORTH OF THE AREA WITH
EUREKA ONLY RECEIVING 1.36 INCHES IN JANUARY...WHICH IS THE THIRD
LOWEST RAINFALL ON RECORD. MOST OF THIS RAIN FELL ON ONLY 4 DAYS IN
THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH. THIS HIGH PRESSURE ALSO KEPT TEMPERATURES
NEARLY 3 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL THROUGH THE MONTH.
