EVEN EXCESSIVE. THE WETTEST PERIOD WAS IN THE SECOND WEEK...
AND IN THE LAST TWO DAYS OF THE MONTH.

NO SNOW FELL DURING THE MONTH...WHICH WAS THE FIRST TIME
IN THREE YEARS.
